Mars integrates directly with your existing conveyor infrastructure and runs without an operator, inspecting every part at speeds up to 2.5 feet (760 mm) per second. It handles a wide breadth of applications, from automotive and defense products to electronic devices and components, including sealed and boxed products.

Mars can be configured and its arrays oriented to get the right angles of your parts, however they are already coming down the conveyor. It integrates into your existing systems to fit in seamlessly for sorting and downstream handling.

Mars sees every unit that moves through your line, surfacing issues earlier than any sampling program can. Process monitoring, pass/fail screening, and anomaly detection all run from the same growing inspection record, and flagged parts can be paired with other Lumafield products like Triton Performance for deeper insight.
