Custom and Revolving Slice Planes

Lumafield’s Voyager software offers powerful tools for detailed inspection and analysis with its Custom and Revolving Slice Planes. The custom slice tool allows you to define slice planes beyond the standard X-Y-Z planes, providing greater flexibility in viewing off-normal features. This capability enables users to tailor their slice planes to better analyze intricate parts and complex geometries, ensuring a thorough inspection process.

The Revolving Slice Plane tool takes this flexibility further by allowing users to define an axis and pivot point on any volume, then slice through the part by rotating around the pivot point.
