Saturn
Bring your hardest scans in-house.
Saturn is built for parts that exceed the practical limits of conventional lab CT. Scan automotive housings, aerospace weldments, transmission cases, server components, and other large or dense assemblies without shipping them to a service bureau or waiting weeks for results. Every scan runs through Voyager, giving teams one platform for defect analysis, dimensional inspection, CAD comparison, and collaboration.

Now within reach
Scan the parts that conventional CT leaves out
Large castings and assemblies often sit beyond the practical limits of lab CT. The scan envelope is too small, the material is too dense, or the payload is too heavy. Saturn closes that gap with a 580 ⌀ × 1100 mm scannable volume, a 225 kV source, and a 100 kg payload. Teams can inspect complex internal geometry in full 3D, without destructive sectioning or off-site turnaround.

More penetration for dense metal
Dense metals absorb and scatter X-rays, which can leave lower-energy scans noisy, incomplete, or unusable. Saturn’s 225 kV source is built for thick-wall aluminum, cast iron, steel weldments, and other demanding parts, producing detailed 3D data for porosity analysis, assembly inspection, and dimensional measurement.
