Description

SKCAIHT children's costumes have been recalled due to risk of injury from phthalate exposure. The recall violates the federal phthalates ban and involves costumes sold on Amazon by SKCAIHT Direct. The recalled SKCAIHT-branded mermaid costumes consist of a glittery dress and a matching headband: the dress has a blue, purple and pink fabric skirt and a knit purple strapless top with a white starfish and other sea-themed embellishments, and the headband has white ears with blue seashells, pink starfish and a mermaid tail. The costumes were sold in children's size XL.
